Communication & Visibility. The key thing is that you have built your website to suit the audience you want to attract. Remember that, and the rest will follow.

Who - audience.
What - what are you wanting to achieve? Traffic? Brand Awareness? Monetary i.e. revenue.
When - when do you want this for.
How - how we are going to hit your goals for you and what the project will cost.
What do you love most about your job?
Freedom of working for oneself, communicating with a multitude of clients, and adding value to businesses.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I & Ben (co-director & partner) both worked in marketing. He worked for an agency, I worked as a marketing manager internally. We got fed-up of working in businesses that overcharged customers for work we knew we could offer at a more competitive rate, and provide a better job. Therefore, we broke away from employment to work for ourselves...and we have not looked back since.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We did not allow on-site visits, our team worked from home, and did not visit clients ourselves. We did everything via Zoom or phonecalls
