What do you love most about your job?
Making people feel not only secure but Wellsecure will always be the most important thing to us. We do however enjoy seeing the relief on our customers face once we have let them in to their premises if their lock has failed or they are locked out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ambition. to take away the good points that we learnt with previous employers but then also refusing to allow the negative aspects of them to occur here at Wellsecure Locksmiths Ltd. Through our honesty and reliability we are determined to build a reliable brand for our customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
We believe in our service and abilities but also our passion to offer you a reliable, trustworthy and honest service. We do not believe in holding our customers to ransom when they are in need, so will always offer an fair price.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have through our Safe Contractor accreditation created a COVID protocol. Rest assured our engineer will be wearing a face covering, and come prepared with hand sanitiser and will aim to wipe down any services that he has worked on if safe to do so.
