It sounds cliche, but I love helping people to recognise their true selves; the self that has been hidden as a result of life's circumstances and experiences. There is nothing more rewarding than to witness, and facilitate healing in another person.

I offer a safe and confidential space for my clients to sit without judgement in a comfortable environment. I work holistically and often intuitively to adapt sessions to work for the greater good of the client. This work is unique to each individual and not a "one size fits all" and I am ever mindful of this to best achieve a realistic goal.

I prefer to work face to face rather than online or remotely.

Always mindful, and reluctant to be involved in the spread of any illness (including Covid-19), I am also aware that a lot of my clients who present with anxiety particularly have done so since the pandemic. Therefore, I try to keep attitudes healthy as we aim to work on the issues that have developed as a result of Covid-19 and sensible in that we simply give a session as miss if either myself or client is showing symptoms of anything that might be infectious.

A massage of the energy field to assist in removing the debris of day to day stress and anxieties. A healing transcended from ancient Japanese and Tibetan practices and passed on via specific attunements to the Reiki Master who, in turn, channels this healing energy to the client.
