Spent over a week organising for some help due to my disability emailed them the day before as I wanted to confirm the time and they cancelled. Now I can’t say if they would have even contacted me to let me know they weren’t going to show but It’s not very professional for the customer to be checking. More...

We had to cancel due to the escalating temperatures. It wouldn’t be fair on the staff to perform physical work in 40degrees. We should have tried to cancel sooner, however the extent of the impact the weather was going to make wasn’t clear until the day before.

What do you love most about your job?
I just simply love care! I love waking up each morning and knowing that I'm making a difference to someone's life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a number of companies in the past and was struck but how inflexible and uncaring they were. I knew that there was a better way of doing care and I wanted to make sure people had it. After experiencing family members going through the care sector, I wanted to make sure that everyone had the best level of care they could.
Why should our clients choose you?
Honestly, because we are the best. You could go with a more familiar brand, but you wont get the same quality in service as you will have with us.

All care is delivered face to face. Dom Care is a tactile job.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Even though the world is relaxing its PPE rules, we can still provide the full PPE shields and masks if it concerns you.
Care Calls
Whether is help getting ready for the day, meal prep, catheter care- we can help
Sit In Services/ Social Visits
We can sit and stay with a client so that a partner can have a break or go shopping and give that secure company they need. Maybe they just someone with them during the day or night in case they need help.
Wake/Sleep Nights
Perhaps you need someone with you at night in case of emergency, or you need someone awake during the night to assist when you wake.
Domestic Cleaning Calls
We can help keep your house ship shape with a weekly/monthly domestic call. Hoovering, dusting, washing- there's little we wont do to help.
Days Out/ Hospital Transport
We can help taking you out for a day out or even to an appointment. If getting the bus or arranging patient transport is an issue, this is something we can help with.
