Hi, I'm Rachel,

Based in Saddleworth, Manchester, UK.

I'm originally a self-taught professional fashion photographer. I picked up my camera around 10 years ago when I met my boyfriend over in China, he was a photographer at the time, so helped me lots at the start. I started off taking photos of models in Beijing, testing out my unknown skills, slowly falling in love with photography.

Then, I was under a different profession, but I have now been a professional fashion photographer for over 6 years. In that time I have fallen in love with all aspects of photography, my favourite being able to catch the raw candid expressions of real people, which is how I come to love wedding photography - there are so many raw emotions throughout the day that are a beauty to capture.

I like to say that my work still has a twist of fashion within my wedding images, and I feel this gives a different aspect to your day than your usual wedding photographer. I try to make sure to tell your story through my images, and give you that 'back in the moment' feel.
