Paul and Phil did a bloody brilliant job of DJ’ing at our wedding. The husband and I wanted something more than the usual cheesy wedding disco, but we also didn’t want it to be too cool for school. We just wanted everyone to have great time, and also for the playlist to reflect our love of funk and soul.

We had a Skype chat with the two of them beforehand and told them some of our favourite tracks, and as well as the funk and soul we asked for tunes that would reflect that we were both teenagers of the 90s. That had the potential to be a weird mix but the boys really pulled it out of the bag on the day.

I’ve had so many good comments from our guests about how good the party was! From my best friends husband who shimmied across the dancefloor on the night to tell me I ‘did good wedding’, to the friend who said it was the ‘best wedding ever’, I’ve also had the partner of another friend (who I didn’t know that well) tell me that she hadn’t wanted to leave at the end of the night because the tunes were so good. Our wedding was on a Sunday and I was worried that the party might be a bit flat but Paul and Phil made sure there was no chance of that!

Working with wedding jam for our big day was amazing. The whole experience from start to finish was relaxed and easy. Naomi and Dan were quick to reply to us and help us with the build up to our wedding. The actual wedding day/night was perfect and Dan was the perfect DJ. Everyone was on the dance floor all night, we were able to do our own playlist and also let guests request songs. Dan really set the mood and played songs for all ages to get up and dance. We contacted Paul about a joint 35th and 60th wedding anniversary celebration for my parents and my grandparents. Paul was amazing from start to finish, he met us beforehand to go through plans and timeframes to make sure the night ran as smooth as possible. Paul was contactable throughout and was the first person at the venue to make sure everything was perfect and set up before we arrived. Pauls music set for our night was absolutely spot on, it had to be varied due to age range of our family who came and he happily catered to everyone there with ease. He took requests even though they weren't really needed as his choices were spot on every time. The dance floor was the happiest place to be on the night and the comments about how good it was are still coming a week later. A massive thank you to Paul who has made an entire family meeting up for the first time in 25+ years an incredible memory for everyone. I cannot recommend this company and Paul himself high enough! We booked Wedding Jam for our Wedding DJ after meeting Paul at a wedding fair - Not only was his music spot on but he is such a cool and friendly guy we knew straight away we wanted to book! Paul was fantastic from start to finish. We gave him a bit of a playlist for our reception then asked him to decide on the rest, and it was perfect!! Not only that but Paul gathered everyone round for our cake cutting and first dance and said a few words on our behalf, and also introduced our singers. We were really grateful for this touch.
Wedding Jam are definitively for you if you don't want one of those 'cheesy' traditional DJs but instead music that's more personal to your tastes! Highly recommended. Thanks again Paul!!! More...

We chose Dan as our wedding DJ after seeing him work his magic at Styal Lodge 'Brides & bridesmaids Party' and he was fantastic.

Dan went out of his way for our Indian wedding and mixed together a great selection of tracks that we picked. We had so many compliments from guests weeks after on the music and especially how he kept everyone up on their feet all night long!

Communication between Naomi and Dan was great. They were both professional and very quick to respond to anything we needed.

I would highly recommend Dan to play your wedding any day!

My husband and I booked Graeme from Wedding Jam for our wedding earlier this year and we're so glad that we did. He made everything so easy for us. From the initial email to the actual wedding day, Graeme was professional and friendly and so great to work with. We had quite a diverse crowd to cater for musically but this wasn't a problem at all. We had a Skype meeting with Graeme a few weeks before the wedding and he completely put us at ease. He really made us feel as though he completely understood what we wanted from him.


There were so many stressful aspects of the wedding but we felt completely reassured that the DJ was something we didn't need to worry about and we were right. Graeme read the room brilliantly and everyone had a fantastic time. So much so that the crowd wanted him to keep on playing past our venue curfew, but ever the professional, he finished his set on time as we had agreed. Our only regret is that our speeches overran so we had less time on the dancefloor than we had wanted!


We have fantastic memories from our wedding party and are so grateful to Graeme for being so great on the day and in the run up to the big day. Thank you!! More...

I was lucky enough to have Wedding Jam and Clare Powell as my DJ for my wedding at The Everyman Theatre this year. From the start, Paul (Wedding Jam boss! ) was so interested in the wedding and what kind of music we wanted and it made us feel really good about our choice to go with WJ.

He allocated Clare as our DJ based on our taste in music and Clare did a phenomenal job on the night putting together a great mix of tunes, taking requests and being on it the whole time. She was lovely, talented and helped throw a great party!

At WJ, they really care that you get the music you like. It is not about them showing off their taste and abilities (although they have plenty of both) but about working to give you the event you want and I was so happy with the result. Wedding Jam provided all our entertainment for our wedding in May, Paul was fantastic from the start and nothing was any trouble! We had Paul to DJ for us, the music was perfect just what we had asked for and we had so many comments on the night about the great set he did and the party atmosphere!

We had Emily Jackson sing for us on the afternoon of our wedding following the ceremony, she was amazing such a beautiful singer and again everyone was impressed and loved it! It really made the day special.

For our evening we had Jesus play the sax, the sets were split across the night and he was amazing!! He really got involved with the night and didn’t mind the many photos he was asked for! Every song was perfect and the comments we had were fantastic.

We loved every minute of our day and couldn’t recommend Wedding Jam enough, everyone was fabulous and really made our day perfect! It was brilliant being able to book all such quality artists through one company
With no hassle or worry it was very professional but so friendly too!

We recently booked Wedding Jam and had Graeme as our wedding DJ. Graeme was amazing! He was always so friendly and quick to respond to our (many! ) questions. We had a Skype meeting with Graeme ahead of the wedding to talk through our 'must plays' and discuss the kind of things we wouldn't want playing and he was really helpful. The music was a big part of the day for us so we felt very reassured and knew we were in good hands. Everyone on the day commented how great the music was.
