How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
It's extremely rare for an integral garage not to be suitable. Wen will be able to tell at the point of survey.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Initial FREE survey, we will discuss what you would like space to be used for.
We will involve our Architect who will draw the plans and submit for planning/building warrant.
Then the build starts - Depending on what the client has requested, a single garage should take between 10-20 days to complete.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
One of the easiest ways is to look at the height, see if you can stand up in it.

What guarantee does your work come with?
Depending on the type of work we are doing on your property you will either receive an insurance back warranty or a company guarantee, both are for 10 years.
