What do you love most about your job?
I love the challenge of Innovating and growing.
Working with Entrepreneurs and business owners who have the belief to go it alone is inspiring - I have built my own businesses and sold them, and then went on to mentor others for the past 15 years.
I was lucky enough to have won the award for Innovation and Enterprise in start-up, with recognition resulting in meeting the Queen for the work achieved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I don't know, I've always wanted to do things differently - and wanted to control somehow my own outomes - be that failure or success
There is nothing harder than running your own business, but there is equally nothing more rewarding
