Personal Trainers

Ray is so knowledgeable and really targets workouts depending on your goals! I trained with him for a year and I've not only seen improvement during the sessions, but also in my side hobbies like pole dance, aerial sports and yoga. He's also willing to help and very understanding of individual preferences (for example, I don't like doing too much cardio and lifting weights - and he fully embraced that by planning circuits with a variety of exercises and movements, and rings training!)

Zoom sessions are available. Simply need to detail your requirements and equipment available to you for our live session or programming can be provided for you to do in your own time.

I have opted to train my clients in a private studio whereby it is just you and me in the time allocated with no waiting around for the equipment.
