Wawcare Support Ltd provides homecare services to children, and adults with complex care needs such as: Air vent, CPAP, Peg feed, Oral suction and challenging behaviours. Wawcare Support also provides care to older people in our communities to enable them to live as independent as they possibly can.

The changes and smiles I witness everyday as the results of my contribution to the clients I provide my services to.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After serving for so many years as a health care professional in different organisations, I noticed things that weren't done well, and it became a constant urge to try and make a difference which I could only do by setting up a business of own.

We have a clock in/out system in place to ensure punctuality and the safety of our service users.
Highly trained staff to a minimum level of NVQ 3
We carry out unannounced spot checks for our staff to ensure excellent service provision.
Wawcare Support works with clients/family members to create the best centralised supporting plan for all clients. This document is often reviewed to ensure bespoke service provision.
Clients and their families often encouraged to speak up when aren't happy with our staff and services provided, and we use their feedback to better our services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wawcare Support has a policy in place to guide our staff about COVID, this policy is accessed on each staff's mobile phone as a quick way to remind themselves if faced with COVID cases. PPE is provided to our staff when needed to prevent cross contamination.
