Wow wow WOW! Can not thank Watson Ramsbottom enough. They have helped me tremendously. Had a very difficult 9 months of trying to purchase a property where the land wasn’t registered and some of the land could only be registered as possessory title. Elton at WR advised the sellers solicitor how to proceed and fixed what could have been a huge problem. If this wasn’t enough my mortgage offer was put back to preoffer 4 days before I was meant to be completing and after 2 days of frantic phone calls to the IFA I had prepaid and not getting anywhere my stress levels were through my bungalow roof! I really thought I was going to lose the property. One call from Stefanija to the lender and she sorted everything out for me. The funds were with her the next day. Excellent speedy thorough service. We made our wills, all options were fully explained & we were advised what was best for our circumstances. Appointments were easy to make to fit in with our availability. The service was confidential & professional but very relaxed & friendly & not rushed. We were given plenty time to make decisions & advice was also available over the phone. We used the Darwen branch & were totally satisfied & would definitely use again. I purchased my 1st new home using Watson Ramsbottom in Darwen. I cannot fault Lianne McLean for her efficiency, advise and help through out this process. I told lianne that I had no idea what to do and I was a little worried about that. She explained to me that I had nothing to worry about and that she would do everything for me.
