The genius of Watertight Marketing. As a small business owner looking to launch a new product I have been able to use the leak no 4 'No Gateway' to design the flow of the offering right from the outset.
This will save me so much time and effort in the future.
Now back to basics and make sure there are no leaks before I turn the taps on.

Watertight Marketing has enabled me to implement a huge change here at Face for Business - we've gone back to basics to ensure our bucket has no holes. The course has opened all our eyes and proved to us what we need to get right and implement in order to proceed with effective marketing. We've put 'campaigns' on hold until the systems are in place (Path to Purchase/Welcome Window) and are even looking at our branding with the logic sandwich in mind. I tested the logic sandwich on a new set of landing pages that we use for our Adwords campaigns, and I think it's proved successful - I monitored the bounce rate and its reduced by 30-40% on average. (Although we did test two different brands also, so the results are not conclusive!). Overall though, Watertight Marketing is starting to have an impact. We joined the Watertight Masterplan programme in January 2017 after reading the book (several times) and joining one of Bryony's free webinars. As a very small family business with a tiny marketing budget the investment was very very carefully considered... but wow... the results have far exceeded our expectations. With fantastic help and support from Ben (our accountability chap) we're now enjoying a ten-fold increase in photography bookings going into 2018, compared to this time last year!
