My nephew has been having swimming lessons for the past 12 months at the Holiday Inn venue in Sutton. I cannot praise the teacher enough. She is calm, kind, patient and knowledgeable. My nephew started off as a nervous beginner but is now able to confidently swim 10 metres on his own! The venue is clean, and the pool is lovely and warm! The office staff are helpful, attentive and flexible. I am really grateful for the continuity too. We had tried another swim school, and my nephew seemed to have a different teacher every week. His teacher is there every Saturday which has really helped with his progress. I was there the week that the 'bad' review was written (approx. 2 months ago) and I have to say; the teacher was not to blame at all. Its a shame that parents cant take responsibility for their own child and their behaviour. The teacher is there to teach, not be abused by a child and their parents. I believe they have been asked to leave by both the venue and the company as I haven't seen them since. So please don't let that 'fake' review put you off. Definitely give this company a go! My nephew loves his lessons and talks about it, with excitement every week! More...

My 6 year old Daughter has been swimming with water Nippers since she was 4 years old. She has progressed so well at the Sutton Venue with a brilliant teacher. Soon, we will be looking for a swimming club for her to join so she can enter competitions and galas. Her teacher has given us a list of local swimming clubs. The teacher is very knowledgeable and is a fantastic teacher. My daughter absolutely adores her, which is why we have stayed with the company for so long! I really recommend this company. More...

This school is brilliant for all levels of experience when it comes to swimming. My son always looks forward to his lesson. The teachers are fantastic with the children and instil the prefect level of confidence to allow them to develop at their own pace without them getting left behind by the rest of the class.
