Hannah has cared for my mam for 2 years , i found her very inventive to my mam needs she knows exactly what she needs and what she likes my mam cant speak due to her dementia but hannah seems to know what she needs even though mam cant speak . Hannah and my mam have a fantastic bond always laughing and having fun. The most important thing to my mam is feeling loved which hannah gives her no end off . Hannah cares for my mam daily needs its important to me as her daughter that she is clean and tidy just how she liked to be before my mam taken ill with dementia hannah makes sure this is how my mam is as she knows how important it is to me and to mam . I cant prise hannah enough for how she cares and loves my mam she is one in a million thank you xxx More...

When Amy Walker worked for home care and was looking after my Mum Many years ago i could not of wished for better care for my mum. Amy is so loveing and carering, Amy will go out her way to make sure our loved ones are well provided for. Amy was such a support to my Mum, and my Mum Thought the world of Amy, they would laugh and joke together even on the days that mum had it really bad, Amy still managed to make her smile. The support Amy also gave me Was amazing as i wasnt living in England. Also i would like to thank again all the carers that worked with Amy for home care services Many years ago. Amy your a Star. What do you love most about your job?
Giving people the independence to live in their own homes safely. Giving families peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are ok.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Iv worked in the industry 16 years and I love it. I wanted to continue to do it but to my own high standards. For the companies we worked for our goals and targets were sales and money driving but we didn't agree with that. We wanted to be able to do our jobs safely delivering the best possible care and now we can do that.
Why should our clients choose you?
We only employ people we would let look after our own family members. Both of us as directors have been on the receiving end of care for our loved ones and we know exactly how it feels. We only want the best for our service users and their families and we will go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best service possible.

No all of our services need to be provided face to face due to the nature of the work. We can however, do this safely in spite of the current pandemic.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Regardless of Covid-19 all of our staff were trained to a high standard in infection control and PPE was already a very important piece of kit for the job. Since the start of covid-19 we have given more training to staff and have ensured staff are fully aware on the correct and safe way to use and dispose of all PPE. We have given all staff their own supply of all PPE which they will get more before it runs out. Staff can request any extra training if they feel they need to refresh at any time. We have implemented a software so that family members can access to see how their loved one is doing and so that they can still remain involved in their care even when they can physically be there due to restrictions.
Personal Care
We assist with all aspects of personal care, from showering and bathing to continence care and dressing. We will work with you to tailor your person centred care plan which will be made to meet your individual needs.
Meal prep and assistance
We will assist with preparing your meals or do it for you if you are not able to do so. We will only prepare what you choose, we wont take away your independence to choose what you want. We can also assist with feeding your meals if this is a need that needs to be fulfilled. Whatever your level we can assist you to maintain your nutrition and hydration.
Respite Services
We offer an in home respite service for families who are caring for a loved one themselves, this could be for a few hours while the family member goes out or it could be a temporary live in support if the family member is going on holiday. Whatever it is we will work together to ensure peace of mind for the family carer and safety to our services user.
Social interactions
We can take you out into the community to keep you socialised whether it be to attend your hobby or just for a trip out. Getting out and about were possible is important so we will try to over come any obstacle's and make that possible.
Managing medication
We assist with all levels of medication management, whether you need a prompt or assisting with full administration we can do that safely and give your families peace of mind that you are getting the medication safely and at the right time.
Dementia Care
All of our staff are part of dementia friends, We have this as a mandatory training when each service user is inducted. We are passionate about ensuring all staff are comfortable working with people who have dementia.
End of life Care
All of our staff have experience assisting families and service users through the final stages of life. Staff are kept up to date with training to ensure they can deliver the best care possible at this difficult time.
Shopping and Domestic
We will assist with any level of shopping and domestic whether you need an escort to come with you shopping or you need someone to go out and fulfil your shopping list. We can work alongside you with your domestic chores or do it for you. You let us know the level of support you require.
Waking nights
We can have a carer attend your home over night, the carer will stay awake throughout the night to ensure safety and to attend to all your needs whatever they may be.
Sleepover shift
Just like our waking night shift we will have a carer attend your home through the night the only difference is between a select number of hours the carer will sleep and will only wake when you call for them to assist you. For this service a spare room with a bed will be required for the carer to sleep.
