The live-in care services are excellent. They are there when you need them. Friendly, personable and accessible management even outside of normal office hours.
Always someone on call.

I've been very surprised about how meticulous the management of Walfinch Dunstable has been with record keeping and how helpful the carers are dealing with my father. Their live-in care service is by far the best we've experienced. I will recommend this service. More...

We needed support for our parents within days due to a sudden change in circumstances. Once the manager came over and conducted a risk assessment, everything was set up within hours. They provided access to an app that allowed me and my siblings to keep an eye on our parent's health and general state. The records are kept up to date, and daily logs are filled with comments written by carers after each visit. I highly recommend Walfinch Dunstable. More...

The registered manager was extremely helpful in setting up a live-in care package for my parents. It took one phone call and one meeting in person. Given the low mobility of my parents as well as complex medical requirement of my father, I thought it would be very difficult to deal with for any carers, but the two carers that take care of them are so well trained. I believe both of them are trained nurses, to my surprise. They made sure the experience continued to be very positive and easy. My parents are so pleased, and so am I. I am therefore glad I was able to leave feedback here to say, thank you! More...

Easy to set up care for my mother. Staff are great and knowledgeable. I love the care app, so I can see how mum is when I’m at work.

From the start the process was incredibly smooth in setting up care for my family member. All the staff I've encountered have been helpful and friendly. The small team of carers who visit my family member are nice, well trained, helpful and nothing is to much for them. Me and my family highly recommend Walfinch. More...

Home & Domiciliary Care
I contacted Walfinch at a time when caring for my mother in law was becoming overwhelming and from the outset I was given the best of experiences. They went over and above to help me and accommodate my requirements, gave me much needed time to myself and encouragement and advice when needed. I need especially to mention Leigh…..an exceptional person who couldn’t have been kinder. Thank you so much to each and every one of the Walfinch team. You are lifesavers. More...
