The Walfinch team looked after my mother for 3 months. The care that she and my family received was exceptional. Walfinch has been great from the start, the management team really took the time to get to know us as a family and more importantly my Dad as a person. Once the support workers started coming in, it was like a breath of fresh air had been breathed back into my Dads life. You could see the difference Walfinch were making on his everyday life. I’d often hear them singing away and laughing. The best decision we made was to get some extra help in and we are forever grateful that we came across Walfinch. Thank you Chris, it is great to hear that about our care staff who work really hard to deliver our Walfinch standards.

We have been using Walfinch for 15months, and the care they have provided for my parents has been fully supportive of their individual needs and totally professional.

The carers are kind and very well trained and really go that extra mile. My parents are supported everyday, and they look forward to the visits of the Walfinch staff. The office staff are also kind and courteous and nothing ever seems too much trouble.

I would fully recommend Walfinch, they have been a great comfort to myself and my sister knowing that our parents are in safe hands. More...
