Q&As

The ability to know that our service will have a positive impact not only on the service user but their families too. I love engaging with people who present with different needs and am overjoyed when providing person-centred care whilst promoting well-being and independence.

I have always had a very special interest in Social Care. As a mother of twin boys (now 26) with additional needs, I saw first hand how over the years there was a distinct lack of good quality care and I wanted to be that business that makes a difference.

You will be in partnership with a genuine, passionate Care Provider who will actively listen and engage with you and your family and go the extra mile 24/7/365.

We can't provide our services remotely, however we are more than happy to have an online (Zoom/Google Meet) to discuss how we can be of support.

We keep up to date with following all the Government Guidelines and adhere to Covid-19 protocols. Our carers receive ongoing in - depth training and guidance with respect to working in a home environment e.g. PPE & sanitizing etc.
