I believe in with people to promote personal independence and providing person centered care .
I believe in respecting individuality and providing care in a non-judgmental way and showing empathy at every contact.

Clients will have 1 allocated support .
Service user's views will be respected and care will be provided just as the service user requests.
Care is provided after a comprehensive assessment and care plans are formulated to meet the specified needs of the client.

Yes , is a client requires to be reminded to take medication at a specified time the Waincare Limited staff can make contact with the service user either by telephone or mode of communication of their choice .
This service can also be tailored to meet the needs of clients who need someone to talk to at any time of day and provide companionship and telephone support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
A carer is allocated to each client to reduce risk of cross infection
PPE is provided to every carer and some is kept at the Client's address is possible to ensure a regular supply is available for the carer.
Staff with Covid 19 are supported to take as much time off to recover as necessary.
Personal care
Support with personal care i.e washing and dressing, hair and make up.
Supporting with dressing and maintaining a safe home environment .
Continence care
Supporting with meeting toileting needs and continence management .
Monitoring Bowel movement and raising concerns when there is any concerns identified during care provision
Medication
Support with medication management and administration.
Support with following up prescription from GP or Pharmacy.
Support to ensure medication concordance and raising any concerns with GP for urgent follow up.
Cooking
Support with meal preparation and light snacks
Support with eating and drinking.
Housekeeping
Support to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Support in tidying up and cleaning the house
Companionship
Support with companionship and engagement in community activities.
Day trips and support to attend day centers.
