What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to build the businesses sustainable. To see companies growing without leaving their staff behind is great.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was leading companies for many years and discovered how well I did and that is was great to share the knowledge with others. To have the perfect work life balance was my target and the best way is to decide which client you want to help.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a hands on all rounder with professional skills on various levels of a company. I always do have the bigger picture in mind but also now what is going on at the base. I do have the ability to step in quickly and to understand various businesses.

Yes I do offer my services via phone, video conference and email. I am not limited in working remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do much more online consulting, but I also worked as an interim manager for a PPE company and developed and implemented hygiene concepts for the National Trust, various Hotels and Restaurants. So I am aware of the difficulties and how to solve these issues.
