Gradwell looked after my brother in the last weeks of his life. Gradwell is a very considerate, compassionate and caring person.
Completely trustworthy, he lived with my brother in his home and we were so happy and lucky to have him there. He is extremely good at his job and was very respectful not only to my brother and his needs but to all members of my family at such a difficult time.

What do you love most about your job?
Adding value to people's lives is what i like the most. To make life easier for service users and to see them happy and enjoying life as much as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business because I want to do things a bit differently. I would like to think patience and maturity are my strong points and I want to instill that qualities in my staff. Altough caring for people is a calling, I would like to appreciate carers and look better after them. I want them to enjoy their work and so become loyal towards the people they care for.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have experience in most care settings including hospitals. I know what it takes to be a care and support worker and I will make sure we drop in by our clients on a regular basis.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I keep my clients safe by providing from infections by providing PPE and isolate them from the general public where necessary.
