Home Help & Companionship Services
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping e.g changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, ironing
Reminding to take medication.
Running errands- picking up prescriptions, returning library books, posting letters at the post office, picking up a few groceries or buying clothes.
Accompany the client to errands or do them on the way to or from the client’s home.
Taking client for walks to the park or around the shops or spending time doing favourite hobby such as crosswords or looking at old photographs together.
Providing respite care for family carers and getting to know you well.
