Vivid care has been amazing in supporting our family. When nanna fell ill we wanted to take care of her our selves but came to realisation that we couldn’t , that’s when we contacted Vivid and since the first phone call they have been great with everything!
Would highly recommend their services as they are amazing.

We have used the services of this company for 4months and in that period we have really enjoyed the care they provide my mum. My mum is not the easiest to be pleased but she never stops to sing the praise of Mavis her carer. I highly recommend their service. More...

Q&As

Here at Vivid Care, we believe that perception determines change and progress. Our story dates to 2005 when we established our core principles and values of integrity, compassion and adopting an attentive nature. Our managing director, David Esan, maintains a passion and commitment to changing how agencies care for their clients. With his personal experiences of poor care quality, David decided to challenge the flaws he identified in the care system and offer intuitive and dynamic solutions.

We believe we are the best choice for clients as we create personalised care plans to suit them. We aim to provide the highest standard of care for you or your loved whilst giving you the best pricing for all our services.

As restrictions on Covid-19 have been eased. Our aim is to still protect our clients and staff from the virus. Below are the cautious procedures we have in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and clients. 1. Carers are still required and reminded to wash their hands thoroughly attending a client visit and after finishing with the client. 2. We are continuing to supply the carers with all PPE needed
