Extremely efficient and professional service provided by Annabelle who made recommendations on suitable products which exactly reflected my needs. This resulted in: * Mortgage offer being received 3 working days after application. * I was kept well informed of the application and of which documents were required. * I ended up paying less than half of what I thought I would have to pay and am happier with the mortgage outcome - I was not aware I could have a different type of mortgage. * Buildings, Contents and Life Cover addressed. My exact needs have been met ‘under one roof’ and with one advisor. My initial thoughts of the process being complicated and long-winded, in a market which is saturated with financial products, turned out to be a no-hassle, professional and quick process. What do you love most about your job?
I love building relationships with clients and being able to help them simplify the sometimes scary and complex process of buying a house, taking out life cover, sorting their buildings and contents insurance ( to name a few!).
I am very family orientated and treat my clients as if they were my own family. I take pride in my work and being able to do a good job for others.
