Colleen is absolutely lovely and wonderful with a really warm and comforting personality. I would not hesitate to recommend her. My only sadness (apart from my grandmother being so ill) is that due to covid, we had to stop Colleens visits to my grandmother as only one family member is allowed to visit. What do you love most about your job?
Every day we get to make a difference. Hearing from our clients how much they appreciate your support is priceless. We don't feel like we are going to work as we love what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2018 I started working in Health Care delivering care in the community. It was during this time that my passion to support people grew, I started thinking, how could I do this better and ensure caregivers and clients were given a quality service? I felt that I could provide them both with a better level of service than I had seen in my short time in Home Care.
