Having worked for visiting angels since it has opened I have learned so much much about the care giving role, with service users at the very forefront of what we do. The management are approachable and will always try to resolve any issues that may arise. The work/life balance is something they pride themselves in to ensure both the service users and carers remain catered for to allow quality and consistent care to continually develop.
