What do you love most about your job?
Ensuring that we provide premium quality care, we are a leading care provider and we always want the best for our clients and families.
The best part about my job, is being able to provide valuable information to the families and clients needing support and as a result they are able to make positive changes to their lives. We are ensure that we are providing the highest level of care to all of our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am Level 5 qualified in Adult Social Care and Management and have a wealth of experience working in the health social care sector. I have always wanted to help people from a young age and it wasn’t until I found myself caring for my grandfather who suffered from Dementia, that I realised domiciliary care was my passion. My grandfather’s respective wishes were to stay in the comfort of his own home. As a family we looked for care and found that there was a gap in the market, care givers were forever in a rush, leaving the industry and did not have the time to deliver ethical care. This inspired me to start my own premium care service.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We complete an Covid-19 assessment prior to any home visits
All care givers have been trained in infection control
All care givers will wear PPE on visits
The service will be able to support anyone with Covid-19 testing.
