What do you love most about your job?
We love making customers happy! We take a lot of pride in our work, which hasn't always been appreciated when working for certain contractors in the past. But now, working in peoples homes, when customers show their appreciation and gratitude, it really makes it all worth it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for contractors in the past, our conscientious approach hasn't always been appreciated or beneficial. By starting out on our own we set our own standards, which are far more appreciated by our customers. It is also a fresh challenge, having worked for the same contractor for nearly 20 years.
Why should our clients choose you?
For the exact reasons stated above. We do take a lot of pride in our work, and do trade taking our time for a better finish over rushing to get jobs done and getting paid quickly. We really do believe in pride before profit. I'd also like to think that we're quite a likeable bunch! We are polite and courteous and care that we are working in peoples homes.

The only service that we could potentially offer online or remotely is advice. If we are unable to physically attend to a customer we are very happy to answer any questions or offer advice over the phone. We will help in any way that we possibly can.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our engineers/installers wear face masks to every job, maintain social distancing wherever possible and carry sanitising kits in their vans. We also try to keep our labour to a minimum at each job.
