How long have you been in business?
As a team we have been cleaning at the highest level, for industry leaders like Mitie, City and Sodexo, for 40+ years. We came together to form Venture.10 Cleaning Services in March 2021.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We have industry equipment, specialist cleaning chemicals and a professional carpet cleaner.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing what can be achieved after getting our hands dirty. Customers, landlords and estate agents approach us stressed at the state of their properties and return shocked and over the moon at a house they can't wait to spend time in or move a tenant into.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent 40+ years in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning is great work and you get to build much better relationships with the people and community you serve. We love making the North East a better place to live in!

Now we're serving Estate Agents and Landlords, in the North East, with consistently better cleaning.
Services include: end of tenancy cleans, void property cleans, student accommodation cleaning, after-builders cleans, one-off deep cleans, oven cleans, carpet cleans and house removals.
We ONLY take on new estate agents or landlords to the limit of our capacity, so as not to risk our 100% attendance reputation.

No. All our cleaning must be done in person and on premises.
