Varsity Consulting Ltd is a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Practice. We also offer aerial (drone) photography and video services for construction projects including inspections, aerial timelapses etc.

Our construction cost and project management advice and services across a number of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure. We only employ senior, experienced individuals to allow us work efficiently, and keep our overheads low to enable us to offer particularly competitive fees.

We typically serve Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and London; but can and will work further afield and will work on projects from £50k to £50m.

Varsity’s focus is on successfully delivering services in a friendly, pro-active manner. We aim to be a Suerveyor that clients want to employ, architects and designers want to work with, and contractors want to work for. We do this by taking an approach that is friendly, fair, and commercially astute; focusing on the detail without losing sight of the end goal. We keep our overheads low in order to offer a professional quality service for a competitive fee.

We can manage the cost of your construction project from inception to completion; getting the budget right at the start, keeping the budget and design aligned, tendering the works, drawing up contracts, managing the costs of the works on site, and agreeing the final bill with the contractor. Through this process, we aim to save our clients the cost equivalent of our fee several times over.
