We provide a range of services to anyone with a health or social need who are over the age of 18. Not all care and support is about personal care and medications or confined to the elderly generation.

How long have you been in business?
Valley Care Direct is the trading name under Care Sante Group. We have been trading for over 2 years but our local office experienced staff have many years of professional care experience in various settings in Health and Social Care.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All staff are provided with Personal Protective Equipment and company uniforms.
Any equipment needed will be either bought privately or commissioned through the local NHS providers.
What do you love most about your job?
People- plain and simple. Meeting new people, getting to know them and to ensure that they can live their lives at home, as independently as possible and how they like to have things done.
Why should our clients choose you?
We feel that we are approachable, friendly, professional, truthful, and will actively listen to what a person says- not to make assumptions.

Support at home
We are a local provider in Stockton and are able to provide trained staff to any adult looking for care and support.
You may have a personal care need, help with medications, meal preparation, someone to be there for you and can help you with any laundry, light housework tasks and friendly company. It may not be you that needs the care but someone you live with- we can help.
