I started training with George a couple of months ago and I haven't looked back since. He tailors work programmes specifically for each client and shows genuine dedication to helping you achieve the goals that you want. Some people have the perception of a PT shouting and egging you on to lift heavy weights. George makes you feel comfortable and want to be there in the gym with a reassuring presence, whilst offering the right level of motivation for you to press on and go for that extra 10%. Even when I'm on my own training towards the tailored programme he's provided, he's readily approachable if I have a couple of questions or need help with form, or even a spot.
