Amazingly helpful discussing UtopiaVisuals unique offering. Such an obvious way of presenting a flat, or home, for sale, or rent, once you have had the approach described - another 'why didn't I think of that'!
The resulting quality work at a much lower cost than traditional methods makes it a very cost effective way of generating walk-through videos, and still photographs of rooms fitted with suitable furniture and 'dressed' to attract buyers, or tenants.

Andrew is very responsive and came to my lab on a Sunday. He had taken some excellent photos of the exterior of the premises which is difficult due to it's size but he managed to capture it perfectly. He also done a 3D virtual tour which is very impressive and amazing, the quality is very clear and just out of this world. I hired Andrew to do take some photo's of my apartment as I prepare to market my property rather than using the estate agents photo's.

Andrew's communication was responsive, polite and helpful right from initial contact and all through the process.

We agreed on the right package for my need and booked him in. When Andrew arrived for the session, his eye for detail was fantastic, was patient whilst we moved things around in the apartment for the pictures and provided direction and advice through the session.

The final photo's came out really well and Andrew was totally open to any tweaks needed.

What great service! I'm really happy with the 360˚ 3D virtual tour and virtual staging Andrew created for my new flat. As a first time buyer it is always daunting every step of the way and I had some bad experiences with others but from my very first conversation with Andrew I knew I'd be in good hands. Andrew made me feel at ease and gave great general first time buyer advice as well.
