Like previous comments if I could rate them with a zero I would. Completely useless. I've had issues with neighbours and they've been completely unsupportive. Everytime you ask them to do anything they will give you a million reasons as to why its not their responsibility. Omega Court has been in desperate need of refurbishment for years now and yet it still looks like a tip, why the company cannot just get on with arranging for the works to be done I don't know. Hoping landlords will approach the freeholder to change management companies asap. More...

Urbanlife recently took over the management of our building and the difference is already evident. After years of neglect the overgrown shrubs are being cut to a nice shape and the communal hallways are being cleaned properly, it is now a pleasure to be able to have visitors to my property again!
