Damian has been very patient as we started talking during the first lockdown, then the gov announced the grant and he waited and by the time all was ready, there was supply issues, a new lockdown and then delays on our side with a baby coming. Through all that, the communication with Damian was great. We finally got our windows at the exact spec we had asked, installed very quickly. I would put two caveats though. A few things we had asked for (vents and opening to be able to clean the windows from inside) ended up being more complicated and not explained to us well ahead of time and we had an issue with water infiltration, with was resolved a few weeks later.
