I had trouble finding a room close to where I work, after sending a message to the Uptown Properties I was contacted within 10 minutes over the phone by Ana which has told me all the available rooms in the area, I had two views the next day and one of them became my actual room. Really happy with the service. :)

Very impressed! They rented my mothers property within 1 week of being instructed. What a relief that was as the other 2 agents didn't get anything within 2 weeks of having the property so I thought we was going to have an empty property. Not only that but they managed to book many viewings within a week of having the property so they got a couple of offers for me - it was nice to have a couple to choose from! It is definitely one of the best agencies around. I am not sure if it applies to all the houses, but the one I lived in had a central heating always available-was the best thing as I am a freezy person.
