workers came to us at a time of need without hesitation. At 5pm Our key snapped in our front door leaving us unable to enter. He has gone above & beyond for us when weave had household emergencies and he always works to find a solution. Asked team leader (Upgrade) to come back and replace all the old guttering at the front of the house. The Upgrade team has already built us an orangery/conservatory and replaced our garden fence and their work is excellent. This job was no different. I needed a small job done on my front door, and contacted Upgrade Property Services Ltd Wednesday. Although busy, they told me they could come and look at the work on Friday. They arrived when they said they would and gave me a quick and fair assessment of what was needed - including one way to do it myself, without using them, which I hadn't thought of.
