What do you love most about your job?
That's simple! Seeing the relief on peoples faces after a successful pest control treatment. For me, it's another job well done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I founded my own company because I was so tired of receiving arbitrary evaluations from supervisors who didn't know me and frequently had no experience in the field I was working in. I believed that only my paying customers should leave reviews of me because they will express their opinions by either hiring me again or referring me to others. (both happen).
If they don't, that also indicates something, so it's crucial for me to ascertain why. But whereas some of my former bosses don't really know what they're talking about, my customers do!
