Julie is fantastic - I went for hypnotherapy just to try it out as an alternative form of therapy to try, it was always something I'd thought about to see if it works. .. it really did. The effects of her therapy were instantaneous, I ended up walking halfway home and related my experience to the famous hypnotherapy scenes from Office Work. She listened patiently and warmly to my concerns and issues, and then proceeded to treat me from a perspective of positivity and feeling in control of myself and my outlook. I've been raving about her work to my friends since, and booked in another appointment just two days later instead of a week because I enjoyed it so much and felt I wanted to immediately build on the better feelings and decisions I made after our first meeting.
