This is a Blatant Lie. The cleaner was enroute to the client and she knew it. He received a call about a family emergency that he responded to, resulting in him running about one hour behind schedule. The client was informed of this and She Cancelled the booking. Alternative appointments were offered, she declined them all. There is a world of difference between Facts and Fiction (lies).

Had Issues that reflect poorly on UniversalCleanLTD even if they were out of their control.
Organised a deep clean to which Lloyds staff let him down and never turned up.
Scheduled a deep clean for 48 hours after the incident where i was promised 2 cleaners. Only one turned up and he was 2 hours late. Again, not universal cleans fault, they were let down by their staff.
All in All, Lloyd knows what he’s doing and this is a horrible industry to be working in. But it never materialised for me

We have been cleaning residential and commercial properties for several years, but only recently decided to formalise it as a company.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We prefer to bring our own equipment and cleaning materials, however we are happy to use equipment and materials supplied by the client.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the smile on our clients face when we have completed the job and they are pleased with the work. We are also happy when we receive referrals from clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
