Fantastic company! So caring and compassionate. After extensive research this was my company of choice and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

Q&As

We are dedicated to delivering the best care, having gone through our own experiences of looking after our parents during the late stages then we appreciate how difficult it can be.

our parents needed care and we struggled to find a company which we were happy with, in the end we decided we will start our own and enabling independence at home is what we are all about

We care about people, we care about our clients and their needs, we are not a one kind fits all company and we will cate r and adjust for anyones needs. we also care about our staff which is why we offer above living wage, generous holiday and additional training which we pay for that goes above and beyond to ensure they are fully capable of delivering the care you expect

All our team have completed a covid assessment, we have introduced full PPE when in your home, we try our best to keep you at one carer all the time

Services

our team will assist with any needs you have to maintain your personal hygiene, from a simple wash to a full bath

We appreciate that loneliness can dramatically change a persons mental state of mind, We have a care team who will simply just sit and chat with a brew and toast in the morning to talk about old times or family just so you or your loved ones don't feel alone.

Keeping to a strict routine is part of some peoples daily lives and we don't want to change this, where we can we will always ensure we stick with what you or your loved ones require

We can be available early morning or late evening to assist with getting in and out of bed. Having someone to assist with this is essential to some people who are not steady on their feet or prone to falls.

If required we can go for a short walk or if you have access to a vehicle we can go for a drive to the shops with you to keep you active and mobile for as long as possible

Our team can be on hand to accompany you or your loved ones to an appointment at the hospital or doctors
