What do you love most about your job?
I established Unity Care Specialists to ensure that people could received a high standard of care in their own homes, and to use the skills I have leavened since 2008 when i started working in social care, to bring in the best carer team in the area. I have been focused on support for our team and our service users, and this has resulted in 100% satisfaction on the level of support and quality that we deliver as a team. this is what makes me proud to work in care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to promote the career in care that can be available, making it a prosperous and fulfilled role, with opportunity for our team to upskill and develop themselves , resulting in a highly skilled team with leaders that are nurtured and flourish.
Why should our clients choose you?
All of our service user that have received care from a provider before us, have said how we stand out above the rest. our feedback from our service users ensures we are always doing our best and pushing for excellence at ever available opportunity.

We do not provide remote care, however our service is contactable 24/7.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the government guidelines, and respect peoples preferences. Full PPE is provided, and our team are trained on infection control to ensure prevention and spread of any infection diseases.
