About

Having gone through our own first-hand experience of caring for an individual within the home environment, we realised the importance of finding someone with compassion and skill levels to care for a loved one.
We want to change the approach to the care system in the UK by incorporating a person-centered and hollistic approach.

Q&As

I love my job where I am appreciated so much. I want to see my clients that they are happy for what I have done for them and seeing my clients happy made feel satisfied.
I do also love making a difference in other people's lives as I know what I do helps them to stay independently in their own homes and my clients love to see me walking in the door. Caring for other people makes me feel valued.

I was inspired to start my own home care business when my mum dignosed with dementia last January 2017 that was the most painful moment that had happened to my life as everyday in my life I look like a stranger to my mum as she don't even know who am I. I even undergone to denial stage that my mum doesn't have a dementia instead she started being forgetfullness because of her age until one day the my mum has completely forgotten my name, her grandchild, my sister and her in-laws. As the years went by, my mums dementia progresses she developed urinary and bowel incontinence. I am good at managing her. I always assisted her to the toilet for toileting as if I'm training her back to her childhood days. It was hard at first but I did cope well as I have a toddler as well that needs to be potty trained anyway at the same time with my mum. I always ensure that upon waking up in morning after her daily shower and breakfast with us, I turned the tele on to the nursery rhymes video in youtube like cocomelon and baby bus so they can watch together with my lovely little daughter. I observed my mum that having time with children will be helpful on her condition as my mum never become aggressive they play together with my children, singing and clapping all day while watching nursery rhymes. When its bed time my children always kisses my mum saying goodnight while I tucked her in. Now, I have a new discovery. To offer my mum a real baby doll so she can carry her and put to bed together with my mum as my little one is growing up and soon will be going to the primary school so my mum will not be having a separation anxiety when she started not seeing my daughter and son at home most of the day when they were at school. This is the main reason why I started this business to share my compassion, caring, commitment, courage, dedication, hard works and to provide the excellent standard of care to the other clients that requires care and to offer the best quality service especially to the people with dementia.
