What do you love most about your job?
Being able to ensure that we provide a good quality service and getting a positive feedback form the Customer and know that a positive difference has been made.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before starting the business I had been out of the army for 3 years and had been finding it difficult to cope and stick to one role and then I came across a job as a carer looking after elders and vulnerable adults and there I got extra training and fell in love with the job as I could see the difference i was making in their lives and I liked the fact that I could help other people and it could be beneficial so I thought doing something I had a passion was a good idea.
