I find Olga very easy to communicate with, extremely pleasant and helpful, and very encouraging regarding the training.
She incorporates yoga which I have been used to, and I just need to get used to training online, which is new to me!
I think Olga is a good choice for me, I am very satisfied 🙂

I have hips arthritis and even a walk to the bathroom meant pain for me.
After working with Olga, I have learnt how to warm up the joints and strengthen my muscles.
Now I am able to go for short walks actually enjoying them!
I have also lost 1.5 stone by making rather tasty changes to how and what I eat. And those pounds are not coming back! Amazing, so pleased, wished I started 15 years ago.

I am 65 year old and never trained before. Decided to try at my age to see how it goes. I couldn’t have made a better decision.
My strength improved significantly, I can now easily walk for hours, my back and shoulders are not hurting, my posture improved so much that people actually comment. Even though weight loss was not my goal, I did lose 15 pounds by making healthier choices, never a diet.
The gym is fantastic, very private, really good floor and all the equipment I ever needed. Very clean and always my choice of music!
Highly recommend to train with Olga, she will always listen, make it interesting, encourage and support when you need it. I wish I have started 30 years ago, I have not felt this good since my 30s.
