Awful experience, very unprofessional. Booked to have my tyre changed, was quoted they would arrive between half 3 and 4. Waited around for them to arrive . Got to 5 and still hadn’t arrived, chased them and they said they would be there just after 6. Got to 7 still hadn’t arrived. Again, I chased them and was told they would half an hour. Got to 8pm and still hadn’t arrived. At this point I gave up as me and my partner had a little 1 year old girl we needed to get back to who had been staying with family. Family had to come pick us up nicely as my car was still not drive able. I then received a phone call at 11pm saying he was 1 hour away. This is now almost 8 hours after they should of arrived with no communication or updates. I told them I wasn’t interested anymore and god knows what time they would of actually turned up. More...
