End Of Tenancy/EOT - Move Out Cleaning Service
End of Tenancy cleaning / EOT service takes place when residents have moved out of a property. The only belongings left at the property should be those that came with the tenancy. Cleaning is done top to bottom, in and out cupboards and includes some of the appliances. Based on the estate's agents, this is the approved checklist:
