Completed the 125ft vertigo jump this morning, Fantastic experience, the staff are brilliant made me feel at ease the whole time considering I was about to jump off a building, would highly recommend Twinwoods to anyone seeking a thrill or even some who wants to relax they also have a salt cave which I will be coming back to try,

I’ve had lots of fun yesterday at Twinwoods with my family. We all did different activities (shooting, jumping, surfing) and all of us loved them! Guys from staff and monitors were very friendly and willing to help all the time with a smile, making us felt more than welcome. What a fantastic place to find! I took my son for his 13th birthday today. He surfed and did rock climbing and then we both used the spa facilities. All so clean and fresh. Ample parking. Food and refreshment facilities. But most importantly FANTASTIC staff. Namely the instructor Cam and the spa receptionist Leanne. Cam - what an exceptional young man that twinwoods are lucky to have! He was professional, great with the kids, knowledgeable and most importantly had great people skills. Took the time to speak to me and was very welcoming. I was also lucky enough to learn abit about himself & I do hope he does well! Leanne on reception was just so calm and professional. Very welcoming and smiley. Nothing was too much for her. It doesn't sound much but kind and genuine staff make the experience so much more worthwhile. More...
