I arranged a meeting at the Turtle Media office and the marketing director was able to take me through the various options I had, I felt like I left with a proper market strategy and then the website design and SEO began. We have a list of questions that we ask new clients, as we have to get to know your business so that we can perform to our best and achieve the best possible outcomes for you.
What do you love most about your job?
We love getting on the first page from a nowhere position. It gives everyone in the office a big lift.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were fed up with helping fix peoples sites and web presence from some of the charlatans in the industry. Even now we are getting customers who can't get their designers to even answer the phone never mind implement the changes required to their sites. We aim to be as upfront and transparent with our customers. We also will never hold a customer to ransom with username, passwords, domains etc all problems that we find our new clients have encountered with some of their previous webmasters. If anyone ever wants to leave our service, we will even help them with their transition, although it hasn't happened yet!

We will do our absolute best to make any of our clients as successful as possible. When our clients see how hard we work to make their business successful, they invest in our ability to achieve their goals.
