I share a chimney stack with an upstairs neighbour who was getting getting substantial leakage down the chimney breast during heavy rain. Three roofing companies were contacted including Keith. Two of the companies recommended substantial works to the box guttering adjacent to the chimney , at significant cost, and with no guarantee of success. Following his survey Keith identified the problem as the cement skews around the chimney which he renewed at a very competitive price. Problem solved and no ingress of rainwater since. I found Keith to be knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly I viewed Keith as genuinely trying to find the problem rather than looking at how much money he could charge. He was very easy to deal with and completed the work promptly when appointed.
