Mark was so helpful when I was selling my property. Initially he met with us to explain their selling process along with the associated costs. Tula advertise their properties using Zoopla and Rightmove, along with their own website/Facebook page and I found that these options generated lots of interest in my house. Tula also arranged for our property to be photographed and then allowed us to decide/agree which photos would be used. Mark advised us that their selling philosophy was to 'strike while the iron is hot'. As soon as someone contacted them about our property, they were sent a copy of the home report pack and a viewing appointment was made for the next day. The day after the viewing Mark would contact the prospective buyer for feedback. Mark was also in regular contact with myself to provide updates and when requested, liaise on my behalf with any prospective buyer. Mark made the whole selling process so easy for myself. I would not hesitate to use Tula again and I would certainly recommend Tula Property to anyone who is thinking about selling their house. More...

I highly recommend Tula Property. Matthew has been amazing throughout the whole process. His communication is outstanding. The worst experience. Had a viewing, applied for the property, met all the requirements which were asked, been asked to wait for 2 weeks and finally got a mail saying g the property is given to someone else. I don’t understand how even after meeting all the requirements the property is given to someone else.
